It is CRITICAL to put costs to each correction of every deficiency discovered during the LSE inspection.
Each deficiency has a cost to correct. The purpose of this STEP is to consider both materials and labor costs based upon a method to perform the correction as determined by the architect and others.
Each pdf represents an example of a common concern in apartments or common areas that can be identified as a potential deficiency that should receive attention.
The information in these pdf's becomes the basis for generating the specifications and drawings for contractors to bid on.
We show the estimated pricing to the building management as a way of generating a budget. Actual pricing for all work is to be provided by contractors invited to supply bids for materials and labor.
